This summer we replace our foundations with tinted moisturizers in our starter kit to retain our natural glow while also giving off the makeup effect on our skin. Tinted moisturizer is beneficial to skin in various ways due to its’ anti-aging properties for being packed with essential vitamins vital for our skin.

  1. Breathable minimal fabrics

This summer we’re really making sure that our comfort DOES come first. Light-colored fabrics will not only make you stand out but will also help you beat the heat. Moreover wearing tighter and heavy clothes may also cause skin irritation and other conditions which may cause great discomfort. So skip on those fancy fits rather go strut in those cotton kaftans and dresses to keep it all light and minimal.

  1. Show-off those up-dos

Give your hair a break from the sun and the dust. Rather, flatter yourself with some interesting buns, ponytails, and braids to beat the heat and also cut down on the styling gadgets because summer is when your hair grows faster, so why not grow it faster AND healthier!

  1. Hydration is the key

You need plenty of fluids to look beautiful inside out. Not only does it detoxifies your body from the inside but it also makes your skin glow and your hair shinier. Add a few lemon slices and cucumber to your water bottle to give yourself an extra boost of hydration. And remember to drink 2-3 liters of water every day!

In summers, be sure to carry a cooling mist with you at all times. Spray it on your face and body to keep yourself cool and hydrated from inside out at all times. But that doesn’t mean you should be afraid of the sun! Research shows that sunny days do lift up one’s mood as compared to gloomy winter days. So take advantage of this weather and indulge in outdoor activities as much as you can while following your starter kit regimen!
